William Flores, Unit Manager Certified Agency Manager and Angela Gaw-Flores, Asst. Unit Manager RFP, FChFp, CTEP, CWP, CEPP, CIA. Prior to entering the insurance industry, they were professionals on different fields.

William started from a good-paying multi-national company and worked there for 7 years. He was happy and contented, working an 8 hour job as a supervisor. In spite of that a turn of event took place when a merger occurred causing displacements to a lot of employees. This forced him to branch out and explore a new career path.

Meanwhile, Angela first established her career in the banking industry. Similarly, she experienced the challenges of bank acquisitions and adjustments to a different culture. After her series of movement from one local bank to another, she eventually found security and became the Vice President Retail Branch Banking in an international bank. When the global financial crisis hit the banking industry, she realized that job titles are temporary leading her to end her 23 years in the banking profession.
